I was trying to get my baby her shots earlier and I was informed that I would have to take her somewhere else. I toke her somewhere else to get her shots. And later tried to book her a appointment with Dr. Shaw I was informed that my child is to never come back because I toke her out. Which I didn’t take her I out I was just simply asking where I could get her shots at. Now my child is one years old without a doctor and this is the only doctors office that takes my insurance. Now my baby doesn’t have a doctor. You can’t speak to anyone about getting your child back in .

Dr Shaw and Dr Hubbard are great, however majority of their staff is lazy. In fact they all are except the smaller nurse who usually wears the corn rolls to the back. My children were seen and the paperwork was never faxed over. When I called to see why and if they could resend them, the nurse told me she couldn’t account for the paperwork but I could just take the original copies to the dental office because she didn’t know what happen. No accountability, and an inconvenience to me.

Dr. Shaw is great, however everytime my kids have an Appointment, we are waiting 30 mins- 1 hr. No matter how early I show up. This is completely ridiculous.

So sorry my doctor relocated to this place. I show up to my appointment in the old building to find out Dr. Winnifred Dunbar-Davies, MD had moved (they didn't even inform me when I made the appointment) After calling several times & getting NO ANSWER, I did a few Google searches to find her. Show up at this establishment only to interact with a rude & unwilling to help receptionist. I'd advise anyone with an vision impairment to seek elsewhere for medical treatment. I was trying to give her my insurance cards but the print was to small for me to make out what the card said... All she could answer was you need to call them; kinda hard to do when you can't see the number & they can't see what cards are in my hand over the phone. The lady was a complete moron. I told her to cancel my appointment (which is sad because I liked my doctor) I went to Physicians Care in Hixson, where there was no problems helping me with my cards & I received excellent care. I WILL NEVER GO BACK & CAN'T RECOMMEND, DUE TO THE LADY BEHIND THE DESK......
